Nicole Knosp-Guiral
Chief Executive Officer
Nicole graduated from CSU Channel Islands with a Bachelors Degree in Political Science and an emphasis on International Relations. From a young age, Nicole's parents instilled an interest in public policy and an awareness of under-represented populations. From that point forward, she set her sights on working for a nonprofit organization where she could harness that passion for helping those in need.
In October 2014, Nicole began working at Echoes of Hope and after just one short year, was running the day-to-day operations for the organization. She has been able to continually increase the number of youth served annually while also increasing fundraiser & grant revenue.
Prior to working at Echoes of Hope, Nicole excelled as a part of the operations team at an autism center and previous to that, she taught dance to children and ran all aspects of a dance studio in Los Angeles; including volunteering her time to teach dance to low-income kids and teens in her community.
Nicole currently lives in the South Bay with her husband and her pup, Penny!
